The best public relations practitioners in Mississippi are in the Public Relations Association of Mississippi (PRAM). Our membership consists of approximately 600 public relations professionals from advertising and public relations agencies, corporations, non-profit organizations, government, education, industries and others. PRAM is a source of expertise and inspiration, and a forum for networking with public relations practitioners throughout the state and the region.

PRAM Top PR Practitioner, Programs and Students for 2023

The Public Relations Association of Mississippi honored the achievements of Mississippi’s best public relations professionals and students during their annual awards ceremony last week. The awards recognize outstanding work by Mississippians in the field of public relations and celebrate select individuals for their contributions to the profession. Christie Lawrence, President of Surge Advisors and past president of the Starkville-MSU Chapter is the 2023 PRAM Professional Achievement Award winner, the state’s top honor recognizing excellence in public relations. Call for Speakers for the 2023 PRAM Conference

PRAM is seeking presenters for keynote and breakout sessions for its annual conference and welcomes proposals from senior-level practitioners, PR and corporate communications executives, and well-respected experts in related business functions. Priority consideration is given to visionary and forward-thinking proposals in keeping with our “All Shook Up” theme. PRAM conference attendees are interested in resources and learning opportunities containing one or more of the following elements: integrated marketing communications, strategic planning, and implementation, crisis communication, leadership and management, advocacy, tools and techniques, the business case for PR, diversity, education, and ethics.
